When I try to check Properties using right click I just see the Hour glass. Does it ejects when you are in safe mode? Just want to exclude any 3rd party software or services.

Boot up in safe mode and remove all other peripherals except mouse or keyboard, then try it in safemode. It didn’t make any difference in Safe Mode. Sorry I was slow to respond but we had a visitor.
