ISSUE: I am getting an error message “there is a communication problem with the server” the same user can login to a different Client PC and work fine with no issue so the issue is in the PC.

I tried to Uninstall the client more than one time ,I tried to delete all the jabber related files from the windows also I follow up all the threads in the forum with no progress and i tried to delete the certificate installed on the client PC and it did not work neither I appreciate assistance.
