Everything went perfectly I think a lot of users forget or don’t know to delete all anti-virus, internet security, or other such software BEFORE downloading Kaspersky. This includes older versions. I did have a problem with Kaspersky one time when updating I’m using the product for several years and it works as expected. I have an issue with Kaspersky customer support, though. I’ve ordered this product and because it’s only an activation code I wanted to make sure it works.

So I replaced my existing license with the new one for maybe 20 seconds to see that it’s accepted and then switched back to my old license that is still valid to the end of June. A week later, 3 days before the old license expiration date I decided to switch to the new license only to see that Kaspersky started counting from the day I’ve tested it, thus leaving days out of the It’s not a big deal, but it’s not right.

I had several email exchanges with Kaspersky’s technical support and after a debate they gave me a new code saying that this is something they will not ordinarily do. Today, I’ve used the new code only to find out that it has days. As I mentioned before, several days is not a big deal, but this is wrong. Why they choose to annoy a loyal customer with such nonsense and make me and them loose valuable time is something beyond my understanding.
