I installed it in two Windows 10 laptops and it worked up until, maybe last week. I downloaded the Remote Desktop Connection Manager 2. Your solution works better. I don’t know what Microsoft changed in their RD app, but I wish they hadn’t. It still works with a direct connect but not with a VPN. I also discovered that the old Remote Desktop Connection program works, which tells me that there is a bug in the new Metro App.

I also use Remote Desktop Connection Manager, but the problem with that is it keeps giving an error when attempting to view a desktop in full screen. Version 2.
